What is the Elo I-Series?
The Elo I-Series is a family of all-in-one Android and Windows touchscreen computers available in 10″, 15″ and 22″ sizes. They’re designed for POS, kitchen displays, self-service kiosks and back-office use — the most versatile single product in the Elo range.
What is the difference between Elo Wallaby and Wallaby Pro?
The Elo Wallaby is the standard self-service stand designed for 15″ and 22″ I-Series touchscreens. The Wallaby Pro is the premium model supporting larger 22″, 24″ and 27″ displays with more configuration options — countertop, single-sided floor, double-sided floor, and wall-mounted variants — plus custom-branded panels.
What is the Elo Backpack mini PC?
The Elo Backpack (sometimes called the ZPOS Backpack) is a compact, fanless enterprise-grade mini PC. It has Intel processors, integrated AI acceleration up to 32 pTOPS, Wi-Fi 6E and VESA mounting — turning any Elo touchscreen from 7″ to 65″ into a fully powered interactive system.
Can I run Android or Windows on Elo POS?
Both. Elo offers Android variants (Qualcomm processors with EloView cloud management) and Windows variants (Intel processors) of the I-Series and Backpack. Choose Android for cloud-first POS and signage software, or Windows for traditional retail and enterprise systems.
What is EloView?
EloView is Elo’s cloud platform for deploying, managing and securing Android-powered Elo devices remotely. You push apps, configure settings, lock down devices, and troubleshoot every Elo terminal from a single dashboard — from anywhere in the world.
Can Elo POS systems accept card payments?
Yes. Elo POS systems integrate with all major payment terminals including SumUp, and selected Elo configurations support built-in tap-to-pay for contactless cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via the Edge Connect EMV module.
Does Resay ship Elo POS systems across the EU?
Yes. Resay Technologies is an official Elo distributor and ships free of charge across Germany and most of the EU within 2–3 working days, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3 PM CET.
